Hit wall ....

Dear sir / madam,
Last Sunday ( 23-03-2014 ) My brother has hit a wall of the housing in the neighborhood. Because his compound wall was our place. Now neighbor compliant to police station. Now my brother is absconding. Police still now did not make FIR. Now how I safe my brother. Court what will give the punishment? Or shall we paid only fine?

it was not done deliberately . agree to pay repair charges of wall . no need for your brother to abscond .

If any FIR is registered consult a local lawyer.

try to have amicable solution.

In such small cases police may try for understanding among the parties.

If FIR is registered ask him to get bail first. It is not a serious crime and there is nothing to worry about.
