Technical resignation

I working in central excise & Customs Deptt. as Inspector in Gujarat, before joining this job i was sub inspector in delhi police and resigned technically from DP after completion my two years probation period. when i got my technical resignation certificate, i was not got Leon on in written. but now i want to rejoin in DP. frnds pls tell me that can i rejoin delhi police.
i joined DP in DEC 2010 and Resigned technicaly on Jan 2013. presently i have been working for 8 months in central excise and Customs.

Unless a lien granted by DP while relieving you from the duties, you do not have any right to rejoin your previous Department.
