What will be the stamp duty on execution of Confidentiality Agreement.Please advice.

Stamp duty from one state to other is different. Kindly disclose the State wherein it is to be executed/registered.

IN WHICH STATE AGREEMENT BE EXECUTED,STAMP DUTY IS ALSO VARIES FROM STAE TO STATE, STAMP DUTY IS ALSO VARIES FROM THE NATURE OF AGREEMENT.

stamp duty differes from state to state, you have to refer concerned state stamp act.

The Confidentiality Agreement to be executed in Mumbai. Please advice what will be the stamp duty Rs.100/- or Rs.300/-.
