dear sir
my query is that we three partners has registered a partnership deed for a firm name and myself has given resignation for that firm and my two partners has made me a new agreement for settlement of my money my doubt is that is there a value for that agreement what they have given to me

Their mutual agreement about your entitlement does not have any legal validity. The earlier partnership agreement consisting of you 3 members, if spells out how much a partner is entitled in the event of his withdrawal from partnership, that will be followed to quantify the amount you are entitled.

but as per the partnership deed i have given notice to them and after the acceptance of notice they have made a new agreement
