Sirs
My grandfather was made will that is unregistered on 011/01/1982 my grand father was writing will in the name of Ananta hanumesh basavaraj but that time Mangal raghavendra has 3& 2 years child can they get their shares in the property what is indian law relating to this ?

the facts are not clear . it appears grandfather made will in favour of ananta . if by will property has bequeathed to ananta then other children wont have share . i presume it was your grand father self acquired property

You have not mentioned the nature of the property in the hands of grand-father without which the reply shall be based on guessing.

Disclose first how that property had come to your grandfather.
