Mujhe apnai husband ki last 5 saal ki salary pata karni hai. Woh maintenance case mai jhooti salary dikha rahai hai.
Last year mai usnai koi income tax nahi diya hia. Mai uske 5 saal ka bank statements aur 5 saal ka income tax return dakhna chahati hu. Yeh mai court ke dwara kaise lai sakti hu. Mujhe apnai pati ka bank a/c number aur pan number maloom nahi hai.

Agar a/c detail mai aur return mai kum present salary aati hai. Magar 4-5 saal pahle jayad thee to mai kiya fiyada lai sakti hu?Aur mai pahle naukari karti thee aab nahi karti iss sai kiya farak parta hai?

why you need last 5 years salary and 5 years bank account
if you then submit an affidavit through you lawyer asking your husband to produce your last years income tax returns to court

Mujhe 5 saal pahle ki salary pata hai jaab voh income tax daite honge. Magar pichale 2-3 saaloo sai voh koi income tax nahi dai rahai hai.

Mention his salary in fabricated amount. If he does not file any document to disprove it the amount quoted by you would be considered as true,
