Resignation letter of trustee

If the trusty voluntarily resign, then which kind of written document required? And how to fill the vacate seat? Can you send me any proforma letter of resignation?

No special format is necessary. Even a two liner letter is sufficient.
For filling up the vacancy the trust deed is to be looked into.

letter on trust letter head is enough.
