Hi All,

Could you please provide me the complete details of all the fines and punishments for the different traffic offenses.
Also please clear me whether they are applicable all over India or are they different from state to state????

Can the owner of the offending vehicle transfer the ownership of the offending vehicle while the matter against the vehicle is still sub-judice?

No. Such owner who got the vehicle on sapurdari on the undertaking that he shall not dispose off the vehicle during the pendancy of the criminal case, is not entitled to transfer its ownership during that period.

It all depends upon the conditions attached in the Bond if any given to the Court at the time of taking back the Vehicle.
