filling case against builder

I M NRI, IS IT POSSIBLE TO FILE A CASE AGAINST BUILDER WHEN I M NOT IN INDIA, IF YES HOW CAN I DO THAT AND SECONDLY DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT THERE OR SOMEONE ELSE CAN BE PRESENT ON BEHALF OF ME, PLS REPLY, THANKING YOU.

Yes you can file a case against the builder thru., power of attorney holder.

POA can file case and appear in th court as above experts states.

The POA is allowed for unnatural persons like companies.

There are limitations for POA for and by persons since the donee of POA can depose only for the acts done by him after grant of POA only and not earlier.
