refund caution money

sir,
my college not refunded my 2000 rs. caution money. they pay only 1500 rs. why do it.
and if not pay rs. 500 then wht do i legal action plz help me.

U can take legal action against him but in consumer court and its also depend on your case. will send u many citations in favor of plaintiff as well as defendant. send me your whole case details.

You issue legal notice to the college to refund Rs.500/- if they failed then file a recovery suit, which costs more to you.

File a complaint against college in District Consumer Forum.As caution money is always refundable and if college refunds less amount or deny to refund then it amounts to deficiency in their services.
