is there any ruling by any court stating that adoption deed is not mandatory for adoption and adoption can be done oraly?

By the way are the parties hindus? If yes, Sec. 16 of the HAMA clearly indicates that the registration is optional. Also show provisions of Registration Act which lay down which documents require compulsory registration. Adoption deed is not covered in that.

Yes. Its covered by a special act.. So just follow it.

Convenience the Court, citation shall not be required. The Act only speaks about it.
