change name in Qualification Certificates

Is it possible to change name in Qualification certificates after change name from court affidavit (1st class magistrate)and news paper advertise?

NO it is not possible, you need to attach the copy of the gazzette notifing the name change duly notarized along with the orignal certificate where ever/ when ever you are applying for anything (PAN card, Passport, Visa etc...)

you can produce the gazette copy along with the original certificates to show that name changed

you cannot change your names in those certificates issued before the change of name.

however,for any new qualification/certificates,you can incorporate the latest name.
