Approach Trial Court, where the case is pending either for plea bargain or to refer the case to Lok Adalat, the case can be closed with "some" punishment/fine that may not affect your career/job prospect abroad.

Section 337 and 338 IPC are compoundable provisions which can be compromised between parties involved in accident.
Section 279 IPC can be settled through court where very nominal fine can be imposed without any imprisonment.
Otherwise by moving the High Court the FIR and all proceedings regarding the FIR can be quashed on the basis of the Compromise between parties thus the accused get discharged unconditionally and is not having label of being convicted for any criminal offence under the penal code.

I agree with the views of Expert Shri Mahajan. I may add the offences in question are not ones involving any criminal intention or moral turpitude which affect your prospects for seeking employment or going abroad. However since the case is pending before the court you cannot leave the country without disposal of the case or permission of the court.
