Ufm (unfair means)

my BA result is hauled by one year due to UFM (Unfair Means) in fourth semester. i have been told that having the UFM tag makes you unfit for government jobs. i wanted to know is this so? is my career ruined by the UFM?

Purely academic query by an anonymous person. Presently, you don't have any such problem, when not applied for any Government job. You have not mentioned, who told you and with what context.

In case the exact reason is brought out the recruiter may act as deemed fit..
In case you are asked to explain hauled up/gap for 1Y avoid concealing..

That depends on the grounds of debar. If he is debarred from university for committing an offence and convicted, he will not be eligible for any government posts. Other wise, if the debar for petty reasons as a scuffle between students or some other issues as per code of conduct of the university, it will be no problem/ In Government jobs th ego9vernmentsends his certificates to the university and they tell the university in writing that he was debarred for malpractices in exam and convicted with incriminating material on hand it is up to the interview Board of the government Body to consider his candidature to appoint him or not in the particular Government job.
