You'll only be governed by what's written in your offer letter. Please share a copy of the said offer letter at isidjain1@gmail.com

Since you have accepted for 15 days notice period you should have completed the notice period. Now they may hold your full and final settlement. Try to negotiate with them.

Notice period/pay is governed by various enactments applicable to establishment/employer/employee.......

It is good to tender reasonable notice and complete all tasks on hand and keep irrefutable evidence.............

Since you've agreed for serving 15 days in lieu of notice you should have COMPLETED.remaining 4 days as well.. SERVE THE REMAINING 4 DAYS ALSO AND ISSUE A LEGAL NOTICE TO THEM TO SETTLE YOUR F&F AND PAY FORTH WITH.

As it was a private firm and on 12th day, they called me to complete the hand over process so i gave them proper handover and took a copy for the same even they agree for the settlement but i dont i found something fishy so may be they will not include the incentives into my f&f or may be they will deposit me the salary only

If the y don't include incentives then you can agitate in labor court.
