Dear Sir, I was working with an NGO since Nov 2013, and they deployed me on various project as per their need of their or consortium partners project but as on July I write a mail for none payment of 2 month salary to director and as on 3 august they terminate me with immediate effect without giving notice and told the f&f will be with in 15 days but still now they are not paying salary and making excuse that my system password is wrong
Please suggest me what I can do

Serve them with a legal notice. They should be bound by time limit to pay your balance salary otherwise their excuse will continue.

It is felt that the employer/establishment has already alleged a misconduct as per IT’s own perception; The employee (you) have altered the password/changed it and IT cannot check the system and may claim that IT is unable to check any data theft, breach of secrecy, trust etc etc .
Has the employer and IT’s attorneys in Line Management/HR/Personnel/Admin/Legal cell alleged any misconduct in Termination Order?
Has the employer and IT’s attorneys communicated to settle FnF dues in 15days, in writing?
Has the employer and IT’s attorneys declined to pay alleging password change by employee (you) in writing?
From your side have you communicated in writing declining to accept allegations of misconduct in termination order or any allegation say: password change in writing?

The payday is set in applicable enactments applicable to establishment/employer/employee.
The day to pay FnF dues and supply Service Certificate is also set in applicable enactments applicable to establishment/employer/employee.
If company has published policy to settle FnF dues in 15days then it is another individual/private publication made available to employee!
According to you: Is password controlled by Admin?
Can wrong punch of password say 3times block access to machine?
Did you obtain acknowledgment of handover of assets/machine?
Was it checked for access by password at that time?
You may write to good offices of appointing authority, MD,CEO.....narrating the representations....
Apparently the said NGO want to square off the dues and don't want to pay....

While posting such queries employee should post basic information!
What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial? (Some NGO’s may very well be covered by enactments and applicable covering say; Commercial Establishments)
What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?
How many persons are employed in it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
How many persons report to you?
Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?
You are in which state? Since how many months you are working? Are you under probation period or your service is confirmed in writing?
Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?
What is notice period as per appointment letter/offer letter and what was notice period tendered by you?
Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?
Does the establishment have its appraisal system? Do you have copy of signed appraisal forms, matrix, KRA’s, performance date? How was your performance?
Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?
Has the establishment issued/supplied, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, acknowledgment of handover of charge, NOC/NDC……………?

The 3rd post in this thread is from entity that is just another fake ID of IT=@PSD and cannot send legal notice, at all.
IT=@PSD has been invariably asking querists to give up pending salary, employment, dues...........

You will be justified, if your ask Mr. Doab, how he proposes to help you after receiving the huge personal and organization's information, as sought by him through 3rd of his post.
Even if you supply the required information, he will ultimately advise you to consult some very capable counsel of impeccable integrity.

The risk of approaching the employers/OP's by unscrupulous entities can not be ruled out.......................
There are enough instances e.g;
Employers being asked to transfer all employees 50/100 from one border of Republic of India ( Amritsar) to another (China) and even.............Bombay.........
Shri Kumar Doab has not annoited, designated IT=@PSD as anything................even if IT claims that is agent..........

Irritation of Mr. Kumar Doab with his unreal name and fake ID and self acclaimed "SHRI", through his 3 new posts in continuation clearly demonstrated that he does not have any reply to justify the purpose for which he sought long information from the querist.
Rest depends upon the wisdom of the querist whether to supply the information without knowing the motive & purpose of the fake expert, Mr. Kumar Doab.
