Society not giving NOC for mortgage loan

I sold my flat but buyer's bank demanding NOC in his own format. My all dues are cleared but society not providing me NOC in bank format. He given me one NOC in marathi fomate. Please suggest me what I can do.

What reason society give for giving NOC?

Society has issued the NOC.

Society is not bound to adopt format prescribed by bank.

Bank need NOC in its format to fetch information to satisfy its need to lend.

Convince the society to provide the information that satisfies the bank.

Marathi to English translation can be done.

What objection the society has raised to issue the NOC?

However, if the main ingredients of Bank NOC are covered in society NOC, Bank should accept,if not accepting, contact higher officials.
