I had a charge against me of 323 341 34 IPC and I had received summon from the court. So ,I went to the court.But I decided not to draw the case further and talked with the complainant to withdraw the case and he withdrew it.I was acquitted on the basis of settlement.Now,my query is if I am prosecuted or not because the witness process was not even started and the proceeding was not complete.Plz reply sir?
