Regarding Monitoring Application

In the criminal complaint under section 156 (3), FIR is alredy registered whether we can file a monitoring application as nothing is happening after registration of FIR and what will be the format for the same

If the Police are not taking any action on ur complaint, you will have to file a private complaint in the court and the court will decide on directing the police to investigate and report within a specified period.I do not think there is any thing like a monitoring application.
