Husband Constable, wife clerk in judiciary and she is physically chalenged women more than 70% disability.
husbound transferred to another city while bifurcation of district
can he challange the transfer in administration tribunal or in district court.
if he has right to challange on which manner or provision, he can get order.
because his wife is disabled person though she earns, she totally depends on him
Please give me suggestions and provide petition formate
