Regarding pending salary

Hi
I had been working on the IT firm for 5 months but company had some internal project problems so that they are not credited my salary on time salary had always be delayed for one or two months so i was resign that company without serving notice period because my notice period was three months and my two months salary still not credited in my account.

Did you ever write to company on delayed salary?
Did you mention reason; non payment of earned wages on time, in notice of resignation/final resignation, subsequent communications?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
You were located in which state?
Did you handover the charge?
Did company supply any communication to you till date and also acceptance of resignation, non acceptance of resignation, FnF statement etc?
Are you a member of IT/ITeS employee's union/trade union?
