Author, which bank is the trustee and how can the bank became trustee? you should consult a well knowledge local lawyer with the papers you have.

Who is the titleholder? The bank is only a trustee, if your statement is taken as correct, which is otherwise wrong.

Sir,i want to know if trust deed is required tobe registered at the time of excution of Gift deed ncan trustee bank give gift deed to without consulting all trustees?
