Agreement for biography writing and biopic rights of a insane paranoid person

Dear sir
I want to take right of a story for writing a biography of a living person who is insane and paranoid. Subject's parents are dead and himself divorced long ago. He is being looked after by his only younger brother. In this given circumstance who will give the rights to write the biography and later on for making a biopic. What will be the contents of the agreement?

Dear Mr Singh, the valid consent can be given by a person or guardian. in your case, the person is insane and not able to give his consent. you can ask his brother to approach the court for his appointment as a guardian. court has to ensure that the interest of the insane person are protected. other issue may be of royalty, the court can be convinced that the royalty received can be used for the livelihood of the concerned person.
