Property is registered in the name of my father in law.

my husband and brothers in law running a general store in said Property.

1.Is said property is a HUF property

2.what is the right of minor child in said property.

3.what is wife right in said property before and after divorce.

Questioned property is not HUF property but self acquired property of your father in law. No body has right over the property except your father in law.

the said property would be treated as your father in law's self acquired property.

if he died with out any arrangement mean his wife and children are entitled to claim equal share..

you and your children are entitled to claim from your husband's share alone..
