Stamp duty on lease deed

Good Morning Experts...

My Company is going to enter into a lease deed for some Commercial Space for a period of 3 years in Delhi.

My question is how much would be the Stamp Duty Payable on the Lease Agreement.

Is stamp duty also payable on the Security Deposit. How much it would be.

Would there be any changes if the rent is paid quaterly.

If the lease deed for 3 years, it shall be registered....I am not exact the stamp duty payable in Delhi.....stamp duty is not the part of security deposit.....

check the delhi stamp act for stamp duty payable on lease deed . it would be calculated on rentals plus security deposit

Lease if not renewed on yearly basis needs compulsory registration. Stamp duty differs from state to state.
