Father death

respected sirs
m father filed a partition suite 3yrs back,on 4th of this month he died,due to long time hillness suffering from kideny problems,my kind request is that what will be next step fro the court,who has to attend behalf of him.

Hos legal heir can apply to get them added in the suit in the place of the deceased.

chamber summons have to be taken out by legal heirs to be added as party to suit
