Can I add more acts to a criminal case which is already filed in court? If possible what is the procedre? also pls give me a reference.

I filed Malicious procecution after 498a acquital. I need to add Defamation with this case.

you can file separate suit for damages if you so desire

Since you have already filed a criminal case, it is better you file a different case for defamation against her so that this will bring more pressure on her.
