Divorce

Hello sir,

1)Yesterday i went to the furniture shop from where my wife purched furniture after marriage, my wife took false bills (without paid sales and vat tax). so when i said shop owner to give me atleast dupicate copy of bills as i am fighting divorce case he told that i can not even i did not have record since its been 1 year.
2) so can my wife make another bills from some other furniture shops By paying sale and vat and produced in the court. is it easy to make bills for past 1 year records?

please suggest.

your wife will have to examine furniture shop seller to prove those bills . mere enclosing bills is not sufficient

Summon the shop owners in court whose bills are produced in court as evidence.
