Can any one please tell the practical procedure of registration of lease deed in Delhi.like

1) What are the requirement for the registration of Lease deed for the period of 5 years?

2) What will be the charges under different head and how these charges will be paid?

3) What will be the practical procedure like where to approach and hoe much time it will take?
