Divorce petition before one year

Dear experts,

I want to know whether divorce petition under Indian Divorce act can be filed before the expiration of one year from the date of marriage on the ground of Non-consummation of marriage and cruelty (Sec.10(vii) & (x) of Indian Divorce Act, Any case law or ruling in support of the same. Need ur valuable suggestions.
