Relinquishing deed/gifft deed

hi,we have a property/land located on mumbai -goa road in indapur-taluka mangaon,district raigad & the property is undr my fathers and his sisters name and now we are going to make relinquish deed/gift deed so i want to know where it can be registered? or is it necessary to registerd it at mangaon(taluka city) only or in mumbai will do?

It is to be registered at the place where the property is situated.

Registration has to be done at registration office having jurisdiction for the place of property.

also my fathers sister is overaged at 80 so she wont be able to make it to the registerer office so what we should do ?

In special cases on payment Registrar come to the residence for registration. Confirm whether the facility is available in your area or not.

However, it would be better to visit personally for registration.
