Respected Sir,
I am Army Ex Service Man & farmer of Bihar state, presently i am staying in ahmedabad gujarat since last 30 years and we also get the domisial for citizenship of gujarat. now my query is that I want to purchase agriculture land in gujarat. can you guide us is it possible & How?
So You are requested kindly guide us as earliest as possible in all possible manner.

only if you are an agriculturist can you purchase agricultural land in gujrat .

Only agriculturist can purchase land for agriculture in Gujrat. If you fulfill the condition you can proceed.

You were a farmer in Bihar before joining Army, after that, after retiring from Army, what have you been dong in Gujarat?, agriculture?, if yes, you are eligible and if not, you may not be eligible to purchase land for agricultural purposes. Clarify the details from the local revenue department.
