Quasi equity and diff bet unsecuredloan

we have a start partnership firm last 2 years . we have a loan from friends and relatives with diff interest rate . while preparing the cma data , where this amount to show ? in "other term liabilities" or it will be the part of quasi equity ?

Depends upon the terms of payment. may be classified under term liability (short or long depends)

If it is from friends and relatives it can not be treated as quasi-equity. It is a long term liability.
