hello:
i need the refernces of the cases of embezzlement in which the lower court has acquited the accused but the higher court has punished the accused....
plz solve this matter very urgently...

Harijot! Law journals are full of such cases. If you have engaged any counsel, he shall definitely go through all the relevant citations out of such books fitted in the case.
