Nanda sahab I have already visited Sc website and have login id but there is no mentioned column to file PIL there is only mentioned civil petition,criminal petition ,transfer case petition civil/criminal etc.I have matter for public interest can Advocate will charge to me.or can i file myself by post petitioner in person and SC will take suitable proceeding

you could not file PIL through Speed post and mail, you can appraoch through directly.

Well in extreme cases the Supreme Court can start PIL on its own on the basis of written complaint in the form of letter.
That does not mean you can file PIL through online or sending letter.
In any case PIL is grossly misused thesedays.

Thanks to all I think I will go with barman Ji even complaint to Sc can be treated PIL,If in complaint SC get violation of public right .
