during the admission hearing of an RP before the NCDRC, following was the order.

" after arguing for some time, counself for petitioner seeks time to take instruction as to whether the petitioner wants to pursue with the matter or not.list on(date given) ......for direction.

1.ep filed by us at cdrf is scheduled to be heard one day prior to that.

2.what could be inferred? If the op with draw their rp,will they be able to m ove before SC on the same issue later on?

3.or fearing some adverse judgment,petitioner op,is trying to withdraw?

experts views in this regard would appreciated.
