Hello sir , i have payed full settlement to purchase flats at madurai (tamil nadu)on 2010 and the builder acknowledge my payment and we got into unregistered agreement , in that the builder agreed to complete the flats with in the period of 18 month and in support of my full payment made by myself(twenty two lakhs) builder have issued me one cheaque in my name and dated which he agreed for 18 months from the date of agreement , in this situation work completed by 15 september 2013 only, Lost month builder has registered one undivided share of 200 sqft in my name and issued me allotment letter to flat & acknowledged payment settled by me totally, but now he is not giving flat possession and "certificate of hand over"letter, Now what legal steps i can do through consumer court , Already builder not complete the flat as per agreement period of 18 months instead he delayed about nearly 2 years , please give your valuable suggestion to proceed. Thank you very much sir, Kishore kannan.A
