Unresponsive lawyer

(Querist) 18 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
My Advocate in Bangalore, who was handling my money suit, has become unresponsive. I have moved away from Bangalore and I used to call him to know the status of my case. All I got was dates and more dates. Now, he has stopped picking up my phone.

Under the circumstances, what are my options? Can I report him to the Bar?

take NOC from him and and get new lawyer for ur case.
