Respected Sir,
Plaintiff file a Civil suit in ADJ court .After 3 years of complete trial Decision/Judgement was made by LD. ADJ in favor of Plaintiff in Oct 2012 .
Defendants filed appeal against the judgement in Hon'ble High Court . On 2 dates files was transferred to different judge because TCR was not produced.
In June, Hon'ble Justice of High Court adjourned the matter for 4 months how ever TCR was produced .
Plaintiff are old age , defendants are taking undue advantage .
Can respondents/plaintiff file application for Early hearing in Hon'ble High court.
