PLAINTIFF IS THE "Kalki Security & Allied Services" HE used to supply Security & Allied Service workers to MNC Offices.

The one of the MNC company is not paying salary to the workers, Now the "Kalki Security & Allied Services" filing suit for recovery amount suit.

At the time of filing for an interlocutory application to deposit at least 50% amount WHAT IS THE PROVISION OF LAW in CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE
