Hello Sirs,
Im building a website with multiple useful information and links to many useful products etc. I would like to implement a "Support" (donate) button for the people who would like to make some generous donations which I can use for the maintenance of the website and adding regular new contents and also use some spare for myself.
Is this legal in India? I Stay in Bangalore. Im not a Non Profit Organisation. I offer people some services online for free and giving people an option to donate. Im planning to implement an online payment gateway so that people across the globe can use their credit cards to make the payment if they wish.
I need some advise from law experts on this before I start working towards the completion of the website.
Thank you

Several organizations are already practicing
