i want some case laws where court has grant injunction.
Facts of my case is as follows:
M1, M2 & F1 has 4 different ancestral properties with equal share - M1, M2 & F1 has sold 1 piece of property to some other person - at the same time M2 & F1 has fraudulently took signature of M1 on release deed of remaining 3 properties - now M1 come to know about fraud so he has file suit for cancellation of release deed and cancellation subsecquent documents done after release deed. - M1 has also file application for injunction in present case
so please help me with some case law where court has grant injunction in likewise case.
