Is 409,406 and 120b bailable

Hi,
there is one case in MP state, my uncle is charged against 409,406 and 120B IPC.
his anticipatory and regular bail application has been turned down once, can we apply again in high court?
Please advise we need urgent help on this

Yes, you can apply u/s 439 Cr.P.C in District Court/High Court.

Regular Bail means 437 Cr.P.C.

If the regular bail has been dismissed then surely it is required to be applied before upper court.

Thanks for your response, the anticipatory and regular bail application has been rejected in High Court.
Can we re-apply in High Court or we need to apply in Supreme-court only.
