Greetings!!! Yesterday when I was returning from work I saw a board put up in my building That all prospective buyers, people who want to stay on rent.. etc must first meet the secretary. What is the meaning of this? Why is the secretary doing like this? I have never seen such notices in other society's. My main concern here is that I will be selling my flat so will I face any problems with respect to this?

Such notice i snot required legally so better to raise complaint thereto, however, you have no need to get NOC whjile selling your property.
