How to collect release letter

(Querist) 17 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I had one month of notice period and in lieu of that I had to pay one month of salary.
I had given one week of notice. My employeer did not gave me the salary of that month and HR Department confirmed by e-mail that they will release me on a certain date.
That date is over by nearly one month. And now they are not replying my e-mails nor receiving my phone calls.
How should I proceed to collect my Release Letter?
