Is the computer scanned signature valid for gift deed or for property transfer?

IN CASE OF GIFT DEED OR ANY PROPERTY TRANSFER is any COMPUTER SCANNED SIGNATURE is valid? but in case of scanned signature anyone can paste anybody's scanned signature. It is not safe. is the SCANNED signature valid????

Question does not arise. Original signatures are required on any legal document. The gift deed containing scanned signature would be treated as a fraudulent document.

Rightly advised by shri dhingraji.Apart from above,gift deed,sale deed or any other deed for transfer of property requires its registration in sub registrar office where transferer has to make his signatures on deed before sub registrar.

Not at all valid. In case of immoveable property the donor not only signs in ink rather also stands before Tehsildar to admit that he is donating property.
