Dear Sir,

Has it been permitted now in Delhi the floorwise conversion of residential property from Lease-hold to Free-hold ? If yes could you please refer me the Notification ? I have got a basement floor at Chittaranjan Park , New Delhi 110019 under POA. I am enquiring for I wish to do the conversion of my said property from Lease-hold to Free-hold.

make application for Conversion of Property from Leasehold to Freehold with Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Vikas Sadan, Delhi.
Fill up Form and completing all the formalities prescribed in the form.
Submission of Form along with all the documents and Conversion Charges
