i am bhavesh bhanshe living in malad (e)
my home is now in sra project,
builder has given agreement and therein written flat owner can't sale flat till 10 years.we are not still in building just got an agreement. planning to sale.
so i just want to ask can i sale the flat taking noc from builder?
Please help me.

no you cant sell the flat for 10 years .

objective in redevlopment of slums is to enable you to get decent accomodation . if all slum dwellers sell the flats to highest bidder the objective behind redevlopment would be frustrated
