Rights of grandson on grandfather's property (self aquired)

(Querist) 05 August 2012 This query is : Resolved
The following is the Family Hierarchy:

My Grandfather was a Christian and had 10 children (5 Son’s and 5 Daughter’s), my father was the second eldest child in the family tree and first been my Aunt.

Both my father and grandfather are no more. Recently one of my father’s brothers wanted to sell the property.

My Grandfather has no will on his self aquired property, I wanted to know how and what the share ratio will be to me (Grandson). Please advice?

Is this query relates to erstwhile State of Travancore – Merger of State of Travancore with State of Cochin ? Clarify that first as Law is slightly different in Indian Christians in that case.

I think Querist is interested just to post his query and not to know its fate.
