Respected Sirs,
I am doctor (MBBS) and do not want to study further (Residence: Borivali, Mumbai). In past I had filed my police complaint on social issues, but none has been registered by police. So I need to fight judicially. I can't afford to hire advocate for each and every case (as such these cases are not related to me.) If any learned advocate ready to train or teach or guide me I will be pleased.

What do you mean by I am a doctor and do not want to study further? What do you mean, don't you intend to practise?

Please study law, obtain a licence to practice law and move ahead, no one can stop you to take on social issues, an appreciating idea.
Best of luck

You shall have to contact to local lawyers by visiting their offices and shall have to put your matters before them so that appropriate steps may be ensured. No specific suggestion may be given to you without having knowledge of those issues to which you want to redress through legal system of India.

For forcing the Police to act as per your Complaints, you shall have to file applications before the Court u/s 156(3) praying for directions to the police to act against your Complaints. For each complaint, you shall have to file one such application. You need lawyer & money for doing that. Either study law, become an advocate to fight your cases or form a NGO for the said cause. Fighting alone is difficult.
